Are gel coatings gentler than artificial nails?

The gel coatings are cured using UV or LED lamps. After brushing and drying of the paint is not only dries instantly and scratch resistant, but also firmly attached to the nail. This method is similar to the modeling of artificial nails in nail studios: Make sure the nail is however additionally roughened before painting. As a result, polish and nail surface to connect so strongly with each other that the color has to be filed later.

Gel coatings, however, can be removed with nail polish remover again. This is one reason why many manufacturers advertise their products as much gentler. A controversial statement because peel off paint fingertip around ten minutes wrapped with a pad that is impregnated with a remover. Many of these products contain acetone or other strong solvents that are beyond the nail fat and dry out the skin.
