Ingredients for each a glass:

• 200 ml blueberry or raspberry lemonade

• 100ml sparkling mineral water

Soft drink and mineral water filling into a tall glass. Add one or two of vanilla ice cream balls. crown with a dollop of whipped cream and a few fresh berries.

Tip:

If you combine the contents of a can of Coke with 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream, you get a wonderful Cola Float. But beware: Once the ice meets the Cola, it foams slightly soft.

• 80 g sugar

• 150ml milk

• 250 ml cream

• ½ teaspoon vanilla powder

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vodka, to taste

• 75 g raspberries

For the Vanilla add the sugar to the milk and dissolve with stirring. Cream, vanilla powder and stir in vanilla extract to taste or vodka. Mash the raspberries and fold into the ice or distribute the whole berries on the ice molds. Spread the ice on the forms and freeze for about 1 hour, until it has become a little tight. Insert the Popsicle sticks and freeze the ice further 3-4 hours. Serve immediately or store in a sealable freezer containers in the freezer.
